Description
Like a sprinkle of flaky salt or the squeeze of a good condiment, Drizzle adds a big pop of flavor right before you dig in - that’s why it’s called a finishing oil! Drizzle is an early harvest extra virgin olive oil. What exactly does that mean? The harvest season in Spain goes from October to January. Drizzle is harvested in the first 2 weeks of October, when the olives are very small, very hard, and very green. When pressed, these tiny hard olives yield a very small amount of oil. That oil is super concentrated and packed with flavor, which is why we recommend eating it raw. A little Drizzle goes a long way! Put it on your ice cream or popcorn, whip up a pesto or salad dressing, or drink it straight from a spoon...we won’t tell!
About Graza
Every kitchen deserves good, fresh olive oil that’s affordable enough to be used every day. Our single-origin oils do just that, and they come in a squeezy bottle that makes everything easier and more fun. With olive oil, fresh is always best. That’s why we pick, press, and bottle all of our olive oil in the very same season — so you’re getting that “just-picked” flavor in every bottle. You’ll never find oil made from old olives, or oil made from anything other than — you guessed it — olives. There’s lots to consider when picking an olive varietal — but rest assured, we only use the best of the best. Choose between Drizzle Finishing Oil, Sizzle Cooking Oil, or Frizzle High-Heat Cooking Oil to best suit your kitchen's needs!
