• Remove the temperature control and, if necessary, wipe it with a damp, soft cloth. Dry the temperature control completely and set it aside
• Remove drip tray and empty contents. Wash griddle, warming drawer, and drip try in soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly with a towel. Hand washing is recommended, but the unit is dishwasher safe
• For stubborn food particles, loosen with a plastic cleaning pad. Avoid hard scouring of the nonstick finish as this may cause surface scratches. Do not use steel wool, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners on any part of the griddle
