Banana Bread Carajillo
Banana liqueur transforms this coffee-based Carajillo into a fruit-forward sip that works all year long.
Ingredients

3 ounces brewed, cooled espresso

2 ounces banana liqueur (such as Pairidaeza Crème De Banane)

1 ounce rum-based coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)

1 ounce vodka

1 dash vanilla extract

Pinch of ground cinnamon, for garnish
Description

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cooled espresso, banana liqueur, rum and coffee liqueur, vodka, a dash of vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon. Seal and shake for 15 seconds, until well chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
