Beef and Pasta
A simple combo of ground beef and pasta, usually in tomato sauce. A quick and easy weeknight favorite.
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground beef (85% lean) 1 (14 ounce) can Swanson® Vegetable Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (8 ounce) can stewed tomatoes 1 1/2 cups uncooked medium tube-shaped or corkscrew- shaped pasta
Description
- Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
- Add broth, Worcestershire, oregano, garlic and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring often. Uncover.
- Cook 5 minutes or until done.
