Coconut Jasmine Rice
This coconut jasmine rice is one of my favorite rice recipes. It goes great with just about anything! Try it with ginger chicken!
Ingredients

1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk

1 ¼ cups water

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 pinch salt

1 ½ cups jasmine rice
Description

Stir coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt together in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves, 1 to 2 minutes.

Add rice and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 18 to 20 minutes.
