Family Banana Nut Bread Recipe
This is my family’s cherished banana bread recipe, lovingly handed down from my dad. It’s a timeless classic, moist and flavorful, with just the right balance of sweetness from bananas and crunch from walnuts.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
-
1 cup white sugar
-
½ cup unsalted butter

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
-
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda
-
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
-
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, butter, eggs, and bananas in a large bowl until very smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and walnuts until just combined. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan.
