Out of This World Turkey Brine
This turkey brine recipe is the best around. Use before smoking or roasting your turkey to ensure juicy, flavorful results. My uncle gave me this recipe; he is an avid meat smoker.
Ingredients

2 gallons water

1 ½ cups canning salt

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Gather all ingredients.

Mix water, salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper together in a food-grade bucket or container large enough to hold your turkey.

Place turkey in brine, making sure it is fully submerged.

Cover and refrigerate. Soak for 12 to 24 hours before smoking or roasting.
