Smoked Fish Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons fat-free sour cream

  • 4 drops hot pepper sauce, or to taste

  • 3 drops Worcestershire sauce, or to taste

  • 3 drops liquid smoke flavoring (Optional)

  • 1 pinch seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay

  • cracked black pepper to taste

Description

  1. Place whitefish, sour cream, and mayonnaise in the bowl of a food processor; season with hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, seafood seasoning, and cracked black pepper.
