Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers
These bacon-wrapped chicken skewers are seasoned chicken chunks wrapped in bacon, slathered in BBQ sauce, and served on a stick. Does it get better than this?
Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon celery seed

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise

1/3 cup prepared barbecue sauce
Description
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place chicken pieces in a large bowl. Add oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
- Take a chicken piece and roll tightly in bacon half. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces.
- Skewer bacon wrapped chicken pieces tightly on a skewer and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake skewers in the preheated oven 30 minutes. Brush BBQ sauce over skewers. Bake until evenly browned, about 5 minutes more.
