Baked Apricot Chicken

Description
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Stir apricot preserves, dressing, and soup mix together in a medium bowl until combined.
- Place chicken thighs in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour apricot mixture over chicken.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 50 to 60 minutes.
