This copycat Dunkin’ avocado toast is inspired by the popular menu item. We love the flavors of creamy mashed avocado spread over a slice of toasted sourdough bread, topped with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning for added flavor and texture. It’s a quick and easy way to enjoy the flavors of the original without having to leave your house!

Ingredients

½ small avocado
½ teaspoon lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
Pinch of sea salt
1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Description

Combine ½ avocado, ½ teaspoon lemon juice, ⅛ teaspoon pepper and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Gently mash with a fork. Top 1 slice sourdough toast with the avocado mixture. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning.
