Garlic Prawns
This is a great easy prawn marinade, they are great on the BBQ, we put them out as appetizers but they can also be a main course. I've also sauteed them with the marinade and used the sauce with pasta or just lapped it up with French bread! ENJOY.
Garlic Butter Smoked Shrimp
This smoked shrimp is one of the quickest meals you can make in your smoker. It's ready in just 30 minutes. These shrimp are lightly seasoned to let the smoke flavor shine, but add more seasoning if desired. Because of the short smoke time, feel free to use a stronger-flavored wood such as hickory or mesquite. Serve with cheesy grits, rice, atop a salad, or as an appetizer with a remoulade sauce.
Awesome Grilled Walleye
These grilled walleye fillets are simply seasoned but taste great. I got this recipe from a guy I fish with up north. We call them "Scooby Snacks" and usually have them around the campfire. Be sure your foil is sealed well — when done, it will puff up like a pillow!
