Red Berry Smoothies
These smoothies are full of raspberries and strawberries and make a delicious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) container fat-free strawberry yogurt

1 cup fat-free milk

1 ½ cups fresh sliced strawberries

½ cup fresh red raspberries

1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice
Description

In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, and fruit. Cover and blend until smooth.

Add ice; cover and blend until almost smooth.
