Salmon Patties with Dill Sauce
These salmon patties with dill sauce are a great combination. They're so simple to make and so good! Everyone always asks me for the recipe.
Ingredients
-
1 (5 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
-
½ cup dry bread crumbs
-
1 large egg, lightly beaten
-
2 tablespoons minced onion
-
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice
-
1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
-
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
-
¼ cup light sour cream
-
1 teaspoon dill weed
-
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
-
sea salt to taste
Description
-
Mix salmon, bread crumbs, egg, onion, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice together in a bowl; form into two patties.
-
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add patties and season with salt and pepper. Cook until lightly browned on the bottom, about 4 minutes.
-
Mix sour cream, dill, and garlic powder together in a bowl. Season with salt.
-
Flip patties, season again with salt and pepper, and continue to cook until the other side is lightly browned, about 4 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Serve with dill sauce.
