Acai Smoothie Bowl
Mango, kiwi, coconut chips, and macadamia nuts top this luscious berry smoothie bowl.
Ingredients

1 (3 3/4-ounce) package frozen unsweetened acai puree (such as Sambazon)

1 cup frozen mixed berries, such as strawberry, raspberries and blueberries

1/2 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk

2 teaspoons pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest (from 1 lime), divided

1 kiwi, sliced

1/4 mango, sliced
-
2 tablespoons chopped roasted macadamia nuts

1 tablespoon dried coconut chips

1 teaspoon hemp or chia seeds
Description

1Puree acai puree, mixed berries, coconut milk, maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon of the lime zest in a blender until smooth, 30 to 45 seconds, increasing speed from low to high and stopping to scrape down sides of blender as needed.

Pour smoothie into a bowl, and top with kiwi, mango, macadamia nuts, coconut chips, hemp or chia seeds, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon lime zest. Serve immediately.
