Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups packed baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Description

  1. Combine raspberries, spinach, coconut milk, ice, dates and vanilla in a blender; process until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into a large glass; garnish with raspberries, if desired.
