Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white whole-wheat flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup reduced-fat milk

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced peaches, drained

Description

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 11-by-7-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add milk and butter; stir until thoroughly combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish; top evenly with peaches.

  3. Bake until the top is golden and set, about 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
