Green Smoothie Bowl
Spinach, avocado, pineapple, and ginger come together for a creamy, delicious way to start the day.
Ingredients

1 medium (6-ounce) avocado, halved and peeled

1 medium (3 1/2-ounce) banana, frozen

4 cups loosely packed fresh baby spinach

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup bottled coconut water (such as Vita Coco)

1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup granola

1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Process avocado, banana, spinach, pineapple, coconut water, and ginger in a blender until smooth and creamy, 1 to 2 minutes, increasing speed from low to medium-high; use tamper to help ingredients incorporate.
